+ How does An Inside Crush Subscription Box work?
An Inside Crush subscription box contains a highly curated and hand selected assortment of five seasonally on-trend home decor and accessory pieces to keep your home current, in style and is delivered every spring, summer, fall and winter.
+ What are my Subscription Options?
You can subscribe to An Inside Crush’s subscription box two ways:
Seasonal Basis (Seasonal Subscription) whereby you are billed $99.99 four times a year.
Annual Basis (Annual Subscription) whereby you receive a 10% discount and are billed $360 once a year.
Payments will be charged on the next occurrence of the 15th day of the month. Both subscription options automatic renewals are processed as outlined below under the Billing and Automatic Renewals section.
+ What are the Billing and Automatic Renewal details?
For both subscription options, your subscription is automatically renewed via your credit card on file. Annual Subscriptions will be renewed automatically every year on the day of initial billing. Seasonal Subscription renewals are processed automatically every three months from the original billing date on the 15th day of the month.
+ What are the Cut-Off Dates for Subscription Boxes ordering and shipping?
For each seasonal shipment there is a cut-off date to subscribe to that particular seasonal box, which are outlined below. Should an order be placed after the designated cut-off date, your first seasonal box will be the next seasonal shipment.
Spring Box: April 15th Summer Box: July 15th Fall Box: October 15th Winter Box: January 15th
+ Can I Gift a Subscription or a Single Box?
Our Seasonal and Annual Subscriptions make great gifts. We also allow you to gift a single box. Single box gifts are paid for at the time of purchase. Gifts of subscription are processed the same way as our Seasonal and Annual Subscriptions.
+ When will my Subscription or Gift Box Ship?
Currently we offer only domestic shipping. Our shipping is handled via USPS and shipments will be made on a rolling basis with first orders having shipping priority. Shipment dates will begin as follows:
Spring Box: Mid-February
Summer Box: Mid-May
Fall Box: Mid-August
Winter Box: Mid-November
+ How do I Accessing & Manage My Subscription Account?
You can access your account and manage settings through the Payer Portal here. Once logged into your account you can:
Update your name, email, address and billing information
+ What is the Cancellation Policy?
Seasonal Subscriptions can be cancelled after the first seasonal box is received and prior to subsequent renewal dates. If you fail to cancel your subscription prior to the renewal date, your credit card will be charged for the Seasonal Subscription and the next seasonal box will be shipped. Annual subscriptions can be cancelled after all four seasonal boxes have been received and prior to the renewal date. Again, should you fail to cancel your subscription prior to the renewal date your credit card will be charged for the Annual Subscription and all four seasonal boxes will be shipped throughout the year. There are no cancellation fees. To cancel your subscription you may do so by logging into the Payer Portal here.
+ What is the Refund and Return Policy?
We love what we do and hope you love it too. An Inside Crush has an all sales are final policy. An Inside Crush subscription boxes are not returnable and no refunds will be given.
